The demonstration video will give you an overview of Spark Chart
The quick demonstration video (approx. 8 minutes) shows how to setup a Spark Chart survey project, deploy surveys, produce reports, analyse results and then share the reports. When you are ready to start, we suggest that you go to the Survey Templates menu to install a survey template or create a survey from scratch. After you have created a survey template, you can set up and launch a project.
In the Dashboard you can build survey templates and mail templates, create standard rating scales & themes, add contacts and launch projects ready to deploy surveys and then analyze and share results.

In the Build area, design and customise Survey Templates quickly and easily. Surveys provide a template that may be re-used in multiple projects. Customise Mail Templates ready to be used when deploying surveys or to send messages to survey participants from the project Mission Control.
In the Tools area create standard tools that can be re-used when designing surveys.
Rating Scales is the place where regularly used survey scales can be created and stored. Rating Scales may then be selected for individual survey questions when creating surveys.
Themes are used to group items or questions in a survey together and can be useful for reporting. Themes may be added to individual survey questions when creating surveys.
Answer Lists can be used to store lists of items ready to be used in multiple choice survey questions.
In the People area there is a Contacts menu to add contacts individually or import contacts easily from a list. Create Participant Lists ready to be added to projects.
Create a project at the Projects menu, give it a name, add project information and select the survey to be used. Then, "Launch" the project ready to add participants, deploy surveys, and analyze and share results in the project Mission Control.
Tags are a way to group items together (like Projects, Contacts, Rating Scales, Themes, Surveys & Templates) for easy access. Items may have more than one Tag attached to them. Tags are available for most lists and can be managed from the Tags button in the top menu.
Tags can also be added when creating or editing items like projects, surveys, mail templates, contacts, rating scales themes, participants, etc.
