Spark Chart prides itself on it's outstanding support. There are multiple ways to access access the information you are looking for.
Each page in Spark Chart has a help overview to help get you stated using our features. To access the page-specific help, simply click on the Help button at the top right of the screen next to your avatar. A floating box will then appear with a text summary, a link to the specific help in the documentation and sometimes a video explanation of the topic.
For the bigger concepts and features, there is often a video to help explain the topic. At our YouTube channel, we post videos about Spark Chart and its features. For more interactive help, it's recommended that you look here.
If you prefer more in-depth help for the issue, the Help Center offers a comprehensive set of help documentation for you to read. You can search for terms and keywords, or simply look through the organised categories to find the topic.
Ticket System and Live Chat
If you still can't find the help you are looking for, or if you simply wish for a more personalised service, then you can contact the Support Team at Spark Chart for help.
The first way to contact us is through our ticketing system. In Spark Chart, there is a button at the bottom of the side menu labelled "Ask a question". This will take you to a portal where you can submit a new ticket about your issue and we will aim to get back to you as quick as possible.
